1.5cups/200g raspberries

1cup/250ml water

1cup/250ml ketchup

1/4cup/60ml apply cider vinegar

1tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1tbsp fish sauce

2tbsp maple syrup

4tbsp brown sugar

1tbsp onion powder

2tsp garlic powder

1tsp mustard powder

1tsp ground pepper
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy bottomed pot and bring to a boil. Give the mixture a stir and then turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool completely before pouring into a jar with a tight fitting lid

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
