Raspberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1.5cups/200g raspberries

  • 1cup/250ml water

  • 1cup/250ml ketchup

  • 1/4cup/60ml apply cider vinegar

  • 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1tbsp fish sauce

  • 2tbsp maple syrup

  • 4tbsp brown sugar

  • 1tbsp onion powder

  • 2tsp garlic powder

  • 1tsp mustard powder

  • 1tsp ground pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy bottomed pot and bring to a boil. Give the mixture a stir and then turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool completely before pouring into a jar with a tight fitting lid

  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
