Hi. I’m Tamara.

I specialize in creative food and lifestyle communications that get people excited about cooking and gathering around the table. I am a comfort foodie at heart and try to bring that approach to all the varied types of cuisines and client briefs I work with.

My flavour inspiration comes from living and travelling across 3 continents. Moving from Halifax, Nova Scotia to NYC-London-Shanghai-Amsterdam and now Aarhus, Denmark I have had the privilege to see and taste first hand how food unites us. I take all the flavours, textures, colors and stories that I have encountered along the way into every recipe I write.

We eat with our eyes first. That is the cornerstone of my creative process and something I bring to everything I do. I like to follow fashion, lifestyle and social trends and interpret them into my content strategy and styling.

I enjoy collaborating on creative briefs and building a supportive team environment. Uniting different points of view is the best way to create genuine and relatable content that speaks to different and varied audiences.
