The recipes I create for MarleySpoon must be developed with very precise metrics in mind. Seasonality, menu balance, budget, customer preference, pantry limitations and nutritional guidelines are all guidelines that I must follow when coming up with new ideas.

Just as importantly, each recipes needs to be written in the brand’s tone of voice and executed so that homecooks can easily go from unboxing to plating in just 6 steps. Below is a sampling of the over 200 recipes I create each year for MarleySpoon’s Dutch, German, Austrian, Belgian and Scandinavian markets.
